Ilaria Ronchi is an Italian (class 1989, Monza) architectural engineer based in Rotterdam (The Netherlands) since 2015. She has been working in the architectural design field since her graduation, expressing her creativity also through photography and design.

"Since little I was fascinated by the art of freezing memories on simple film, like my dad was doing with his Yashica in the 90s. I got my first film camera when I was 10, and taking pictures became an essential part of the traveling adventures with my parents. I learned most of my editing skills first during my high school courses and, later, assisting a fashion photographer during 2012. However, while the teen Ilaria was more focused to preserve indelible memories for herself, nowadays my goal through photography is telling stories of people and conscious adventures while underlining the importance of protecting the beauty of our Earth."
